Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to help you understand the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are processed. Please read the following information to ensure a smooth return process.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@tesladeer.com. Include clear photos of the damage and try to file a claim with the local carrier. Once the claim is approved, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you receive a defective item and wish to request a refund or exchange, please email us at support@tesladeer.com within 7 days of delivery. We will process your request promptly.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags intact.
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • Returns are only accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Custom items (e.g., Yoke Steering Wheel) are non-returnable.
  • Orders that exceed 1 month from the delivery date are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Process

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and any applicable customs duties or other fees will also be at the buyer’s expense.
  • For items shipped with free shipping, a 25% restocking fee will be charged to cover our shipping costs.
  • For installed products, a 30% restocking fee will apply to account for shipping and product depreciation.
  • For custom items in production, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to cover production costs.
  • For non-free shipping items, a 15% restocking fee applies.
  • For unshipped orders, a 5% credit card processing fee will be charged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tesladeer.com. Once we receive your request, we will respond within 48 hours. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
  • Gift cards

Warranty Coverage

We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all products, covering defects in materials or craftsmanship. Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by improper installation.

Delivery Time & Buyer’s Responsibility

Delivery times may vary based on your location and other external factors. Please be aware that customs inspections, public holidays, or bad weather may cause delays.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine any additional costs prior to making a purchase.
